Pastry for 9? single pie crust
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cups fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/4? pieces
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons butter
Crumb Topping:
1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
Orange Glaze:
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
