Strawberry Ricotta Ice Cream

Creamy ice cream using items you already have - fresh strawberries, or your fruit of choice and ricotta cheese.

1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup 1% Milk
3/4 c. Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
3/4 cup chopped Strawberries

Puree mixture. Freeze in ice cream maker, If you prefer a harder ice cream or want to make it ahead of time. Transfer to freezer proof container and store in freezer until ready to serve.
