Strawberry Shortcake Dessert Tacos

All the goodness of a slice of strawberry shortcake in a pretty, handheld dessert taco! A yummy, creamy cheesecake filling inside a crispy Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original waffle, then drizzled with a phenomenal strawberry sauce. You’ll be licking your fingers clean afterwards!

For the cheesecake filling:
8 oz. cream cheese ( softened )
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped topping
For the Strawberry Syrup:
1 c. mashed strawberries
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Eggo® Thick & Fluffy Original, 6ct
Additional whipped topping and fresh sliced strawberries for garnish ( optional )

For the cheesecake filling, in the bowl of an electric mixer, whip together cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Store in the refrigerator until ready...
