Strawberry Vanilla Pudding With Oreo Layer

its a very mouthwatering dessert . with so many texture in it . smooth, crunchy , and the freshness bite from the diced strawberries. its a dessert perfect for any occasion .

Vanilla Pudding

70gr Granulated Sugar
40gr Corn Starch
500ml Milk
3 egg yolks
2tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups Diced Strawberries
1cup Crushed Oreo
- Scald milk in the sauce pan - in the mixing bowl, whisk egg, sugar, and corn starch until thick and pale - pour a small milk into the egg mixture, whisk until well combined - pour the egg mixture into the rest of the milk in the saucepan - cook the mixture in medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, until thickened ( NOTICE: keep whisking the mixture while cooking ) - once it thickened remove from the heat mix in the vanilla extract, - put the pudding in the bowl and covered it with cling wrap ( cling wrap touch the surface) - once the pudding cooled , add in the diced strawberries and mix it serving - serve it in a jar / parfait glass - fill half of the jar with the pudding , add the top with crushed oreo and fill another half of the jar with pudding to spice it up u can put diced strawberries on top of it or sprinkle it with the crushed oreo .
