Stuffed Crust PIzza

So my family has been making pizza crust from scratch since I can remember, the store bought pizza is great, but no where near as good as homemade. So this crust recipe I got from my mom, and I have no clue where she got it as it is out of an old recipe book that is no longer attached to the recipe and you can barely read the recipe, but we have it memorized now :) I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!

Crust
I double the crust recipe every time, I use a cookie sheet and need to ensure that I have enough crust for the stuffed crust. I am giving you the doubled recipe.
2- .25 oz packet of active yeast
2 cups of warm water
4 cups flour; it may take a little more to make the crust less sticky.
4 Tbsp oil, you can use vegetable or olive oil
2 tsp salt
4 tsp sugar
6-8 mozzarella cheese sticks, peeled apart length wise, so you have two long pieces.
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic (we love garlic, so we use a ton!)
1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley

7 ounce package of pepperoni
20 oz can of pineapple tidbits (you do not have to use them all, but we usually do)
14 oz jar of pizza sauce (we just do the generic brand)
2 cups shredded cheese, we like Colby jack
