This is like your regular omelet but a little variation to attract your kids.

ingredients:- 1 egg, 6 cubes cottage cheese,1 small onion,4 cloves garlic,1 tbs olive oil,black paper to taste, salt to taste, coriander leaf chopped.
Method:- for the stuffing heat oil in a medium frying pan over a high heat, add chopped garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes, add the cottage cheese and fry for another 1 minute, your stuffing is ready. For EGG NET, whisk egg in a bowl,strain mixture in fine sheave and season with paper and salt. Place a frying pan over a medium heat, pour the egg in thin streams making a lattice pattern. Gently cook for 30 to 40 seconds or egg net is cooked through. Turn out on to a sheet of baking paper, spoon the cottage cheese stuffing down the center of the net and arrange the coriander on top. Gently roll to encase.

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
