A recipe handed down from my mother-in-law. An easy fix for if you need something to do with leftover cooked chicken. Adapted to be cooked in a crockpot instead of the oven.

2 boxes of Stove top or store brand stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 to 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 Sweet Onion ( minced )

3/4 cup Butter

1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 SPRIG Thyme ( leaves minced )
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Dough:
5 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup Warm Milk ( 80 degrees F )
3/4 cup Butter ( softened )
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tbsp Instant Yeast
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
Egg Wash:
1 Egg
