Sugar Free, Low Fat Greek Yogurt Biscuits!

Guilt-free Biscuits

2 cups Flour (Almond is healthiest)
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
2tsp Splenda (Truvia and Stevia work as well)
1 cup Plain, fat fat free Greek Yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Non-fat Milk
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1) In a medium bowl, mix flour, splenda, salt, baking powder and cream of tartar. 2) In a smaller bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and milk. Slowly stir this mixture into the larger bowl. 3) Scoop balls of dough onto a greased baking sheet. Flatten into rounds. 4) Bake at 425 degrees for 13-15 minutes, and enjoy!
