INGREDIENTS
Potatoes. 8 large boiled and cubed
Onion. 2 large sliced
Green chillies. 4 finely sliced
Mustard oil. 6 tbsp
Coriander seeds. 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds. 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds. 1/2 tsp
Rai. 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds. 1 1/2 tbsp
Kasoori methi. 1 tbsp
Heeng. A pinch
Salt. As per taste
Chili powder. 1 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1 tsp
Anardana powder. 1 tsp
Kari patta/curry leaves A twig
Lemon juice. 1 tbsp

METHOD
Dry sauté coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, half rai, fennel seeds and kari patta. Cool and grind roughly.
Bring mustard oil to smoking point in a wok. Cool bring back to medium heat....
