Summer squash mixed in to this decadent chocolate loaf- you would never know you were eating squash. :) Perfect for kids.

4 cups grated summer squash
3 eggs
1 cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder (not Dutch processed)
