Summertime Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie

Pink Lemonade Pie is made with pink lemonade concentrate, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and cool whip for an easy and fun frozen summer pie!

1 (8 oz) package neufchatel cream cheese
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 (12 oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate ( thawed )
2 to 3 drops red or pink food coloring ( optional )
1 1/2 cups light cool whip ( appoximately 1/2 of an 8oz tub )
1 ( 8 or 9-inch baked pie crust )
lemons for garnish ( optional )
