Sun-dried Tomatoes and Pasta Bells

1/2 pound Campanelle Pasta
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
8 ounces Sun dried Tomatoes, drain and reserve oil
1 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste or double strength tomato paste
3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped or 1/2 T. Dried
Cook Pasta according to directions, drain. Puree Sun dried Tomatoes in 2 T. reserved Oil with Red Curry Paste. Saute Garlic in 2 T. reserved Oil and Butter 30 sec. Add Tomato mixture, Parsley and Chicken...
