Super Easy Spring Salad

As soon as I start to get nice warm weather I want to toss all my heavy casseroles out the window and eat salad. Of course now that the summer is here I want to grill burgers BUT that's besides the point. And anyway you can serve this salad on the side of a nice juicy burger. Okay, okay so this salad is named spring and it is now summer but I am just now getting around to posting about it. If you want to make this the main dish just throw some precooked store bought chicken, or heck, if

2 Cups bagged salad, spring mix or 2 C of your favorite mixed salad greens
•
1 Avocado, diced
•
1/4 C craisins
•
2 T sunflower seeds (out of the shell of course) (also I use salted to bring a nice balance to the sweet craisins)
•
1 cucumber, diced
Optional: Blush wine vinaigrette
2 Cups bagged salad, spring mix or 2 C of your favorite mixed salad greens
•
1 Avocado, diced
•
1/4 C craisins
•

1 cucumber, diced
Optional: Blush wine vinaigrette
Place salad greens on platter.
Evenly distribute cucumber, avocado, craisins and sunflower seeds on top.
Serve with favorite dressing but it pairs so well with a wine vinaigrette.
