Super Simple Spectacular Spaghetti

This spaghetti is divine. It has a touch of sweetness and a whole lot of flavor. Let it simmer for the afternoon and you have comfort on a plate!

1.5 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, seeded & diced
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/3 cup white wine
1 jar tomato sauce
1 jar Pasta Sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
2 whole bay leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoons parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Garnish: Fresh basil (torn), Fresh grated Parm.

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
