Super Sloppy Joes

Sloppy Joes make a quick weeknight meal that's easy to whip up; just throw everything in your saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes! I love to put a huge heaping pile in the middle of my hamburger buns that oozes out at the sides! These make me feel like a kid again!

8 buns or rolls
1lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup copped celery
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbs quick oats
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
Brown beef and onion. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
