Supreme Bubble Pizza

a 'fluffy' approach to a pizza alternative
6
1 lb ground beef
1 package of refrigerated biscuits
1 Can (16 oz) pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni
1 can of diced pineapple
1 can of sliced olives
1 bell pepper chopped
1 cup of Mushrooms
1/2 an onion
This recipe can be a bit bland and that is why I like the additional toppings. I also suggest adding a Jalapeno or some Italian seasoning to pep up the flavor.

- Preheat the oven to 400. While preheating, brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Drain.
- Take package of biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4's. Lay on the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 Baking Pan.
- After meat mixture is thoroughly cooked, add in pineapple, olives and any other toppings you would like and lay over the biscuits.
- Cook for about 25 minutes, uncovered.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese to the top of the dish and place back into the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes. (in my oven I leave it in a little longer to get the biscuits a little more done).
