Sweet and Spicy Baked Wings

A lightened up chicken wings recipes mixing the sweet and spicy flavors and baked to perfection. Perfect for your next party.

2 dozen Chicken Drumettes and/or wings
½ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
½ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (I use low sodium)
½ teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce:
1 tablespoon hot sauce of your choice (I used a sweet potato hot sauce I found recently)
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated ginger
