Sweet Banana Muffins

This recipe came from my Aunt and it has been hard for me to find any banana bread that I like as much... although Great Harvest does create tough competition. :)

1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 TBS milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour (it is good with whole wheat flour)
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds, optional
Preheat the oven to 350 F. After mashing the bananas, add all other wet ingredients and mix. For an easy tip, try blending the bananas and the milk in a blender, and then adding the other wet ingredients....
