Let me tell you right off the bat, I LOVE these muffins!! I love how they are filled with bran and yet they are sweet. This recipe makes a huge batch, so be prepared to have plenty of hungry mouths to feed. Some people call these "Mormon Muffins", but I have always called them Sweet Bran Muffins. Either way, they are absolutely delicious!

2 cups boiling water

2 cups All-Bran cereal
1 cup cooking oil
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
5 cups flour
5 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. salt
4 cups Bran Buds

Family friendly Tuna Noodle Casserole made with a simple cheddar cheese sauce and crunchy buttery Parmesan panko breadcrumbs,

Tuna Casserole:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
5 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
5 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk (2%)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded white cheddar
2 pouches tuna in water
