Sweet Onion and Roast Beef Sandwich

Sandwiches are so easy to make, you may think you don't need a recipe. You really don't, but this one might give you some ideas for making an ordinary sandwich special.

8 slices (16 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Jewish Seedless Rye Bread, toasted
1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with chopped fresh thyme or chives
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 large Vidalia onion or other sweet onion, sliced
1 pound deli roast beef, sliced
Ground black pepper
Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices. Divide the tomato, onion and beef among 4 bread slices. Season with the black pepper. Top with the remaining bread slices.
