Sweet Potato Bread with Orange Glaze

Sweet Potato Bread may sound a little odd, but tastes amazing. Trust me. Whip up a batch of this for your loved ones, and they'll be asking for it again an again.

Ingredients for Bread:
2 cups sweet potato puree
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest

Ingredients for Orange Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest from 1 orange
