Sweet & Spicy Noodles with Grilled Chicken

This is a fantastic weekday recipe that the kids will love and your husband will go for seconds! It even tastes great cold the next day for lunch!!!

3 chicken breasts, marinated in peanut sauce (See recipe)
1 box spaghetti, fully cooked
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon oil
1 pepper (I used half red and half yellow)
1 package of button mushrooms, halved
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup sesame seeds
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon. red pepper flakes
chopped cilantro
chopped peanuts
1 box spaghetti, fully cooked

In a large fry pan, over medium heat, add oil and saute peppers and mushrooms. Just for a few minutes, you want to keep them crisp. Remove to a bowl.
