Swiss Roll recipe ~ a traditional, old fashioned tea time treat that is also served as a dessert. It is one those easy dessert recipes prepared with sponge cake. Swiss rolls are part of most Indian bakeries and a favorite among kids and adults alike. -

Sugar - 3/4 cup, fine granulated sugar
Buttermilk - 2 tbsps
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cider vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 cup

Salt - pinch
Filling:
Jam of your choice or Whipped cream
