These amazing taco crescent rolls are quickly becoming one of our favorites. They are so kid-friendly (they fit perfectly in my two-year-old’s hand!) and make a great dish for the upcoming Cinco De Mayo festivities! Oh, and did I mention they only have 5 ingredients? Yeah – these taco crescent rolls just keep getting better and better.

1 lb ground beef
1 1-oz package taco seasoning mix (like Old El Paso)
¼ cup salsa (like Old El Paso's Thick 'n Chunky Salsa)
1 8-oz can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
½ cup mexican shredded cheese blend
