Make this delicious taco salad with homemade dressing and topped with crushed Doritos. Yum!

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Head lettuce
1 Red pepper, chopped
1 Yellow pepper, chopped
1 small block Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 bag of Cheese Doritos

Dressing Ingredients:
1.5 cups Miracle Whip
1 small jar Taco Sauce
2 Tbsps Milk (to thin out the dressing)
