1 cup butter
2 cups onion ( chopped )
2 cups celery
1/4 cup fresh parsley ( chopped )
16 oz mushrooms ( canned )
1 tsp poultry seasoning
3 cups chicken broth
16 cups dry bread cubes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp dry sage
1/2 tsp pepper
