These are the best baked chicken tenders. They are super simple to make but pack in a lot of flavor. It's a no-fuss chicken recipe that can be prepared as a fantastic school lunch for your kids or a great meal at home. This easy chicken tender recipe uses a breadcrumb & parmesan mixture. You can use light or dark meat with this recipe. It's really your choice.
1 cup melted butter
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil
(2 tbsp) lemon juice
1 oz parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
22 oz chicken tenders
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 large egg
2 tbsp olive oil
