Cold brew coffee is a super refreshing, slow-brewed coffee which has a signature mellow taste and a nice boost of caffeine. Because of the lower brewing temperature, the acidic and bitter compounds of coffee are not extracted quite as much.

Cold brew is super easy to make and you can make a drink to have straight or also a concentrate that you can dilute with ice, water, or milk.

A deliciously smooth and creamy chocolate ice cream that is perfectly infused with coffee, and loaded with chocolate chunks. Super easy to make, and you only need 5 simple ingredients!

This sweet coffee drink will tickle your taste buds at brunch or on other special occasions such as holidays. This recipe uses Port, a sweet red wine. The other dominant flavor here is coffee. It would pair well with sweet brunch items. Think syrup, so French Toast, waffles and pancakes would all be nice with this beverage.

1 cup dark roast coffee
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 oz Tawny port
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1
  1. Combine and mix ingredients in a blender at high speed
  2. Pour into a large coffee mug

Spiked coffee makes for an easy brunch recipe. You have to have morning coffee with breakfast anyway. Why not try this recipe with cinnamon and dessert wine. It's not what you'd normally think of as a wine cocktail recipe. But, this beverage recipe will surprise and delight.
