1 box Funfetti cake mix
1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • Stir cake mix and yogurt until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve with fruit, vanilla wafers, animal crackers or graham crackers.

Have you ever had Ham Salad? I remember my Mom having it for a quick lunch when we were kids! It's the perfect recipe for using up leftover ham and is full of flavor. 3 cups ham
1 tbsp yellow mustard
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp celery

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve on crackers or a bun.
