Creme brulee is a creamy, pudding-like custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon. A palate pleaser to end a great savory meal. Rich yet delicate version of a classic crème brulee.
(1/4 cup) raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
¼ cup water
14 oz coconut milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp arrowroot flour
(2 tsp) vanilla extract
1/2 oz cacao butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar

This creme brulee recipe is a creamy, pudding-like custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon.
How do you make one of life's most indulgent desserts slightly healthier and even more delicious? With the addition of coconut, of course! Coconut Crème Brulee is easier to prepare than you might expect, but do allow 24 hours for the custard to refrigerate before serving.
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup light, unsweetened coconut milk
½ teaspoon pure coconut extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup granulated sugar
