This macaroni salad recipe is loaded with goodness. The perfectly creamy dressing over lots of flavors and textures. It is truly a LOADED macaroni salad!
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 pint cherry tomatoes ( chopped )
2/3 c black and green olives ( chopped )
6 slices thick-cut bacon ( cooked crispy then crumbled )
6 oz feta cheese ( crumbled )
1-1/2 c cucumber ( chopped )
1 c red bell pepper ( chopped )
2 hard boiled eggs ( chopped )
1 whole avocado ( chopped )
1/2 c scallions ( chopped )
20 large leaves of basil ( torn into small pieces )
Salt and pepper to taste

Company Triple Cheese and Bacon Macaroni - Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1 can sweet corn ( 15 oz. drained )
1 onion ( diced )
2 C elbow macaroni ( uncooked )
3 C water
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 C cheddar cheese ( grated )
3 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz.

Place a 12" Dutch oven on your camp stove over medium heat. Brown hamburger and then add onion, stir well and cook till onion is tender. Add everything else except cheese and simmer uncovered for 25 - 30...
