Energy Bites with Dates

These no-bake energy bites are the perfect snack before or after a workout. 💪 They are soft and chewy, naturally sweetened and they are so delicious that my kids devour them within minutes! It's probably the one healthy habit I don't have to teach them. 😅

200 grams pitted dates
40 grams cranberries
60 grams grated hazelnuts
40 grams chocolate chips
30 grams oats
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. sesame

1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. This will allow them to blend easier in the next step.

1/2 cup Raisins, sultana
3/4 cup Canned cherries, drained
1/2 tsp Real vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Cayenne, ground
1 each Egg white
2 tbsp Vegan protein powder (optional)
