An easy recipe for gluten free and low oxalate protein balls made from rice cakes, bananas and cherries. These are a great high protein snack for the middle of the day when you are in need of a quick energy bite!

12 Balls
4 each Bananas, peeled and halved
4 Tbsp Butter, cubed
1 cup Banana chips
4 each Rice cakes
1/2 cup Raisins, sultana
3/4 cup Canned cherries, drained
1/2 tsp Real vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Cayenne, ground
1 each Egg white
2 tbsp Vegan protein powder (optional)
