2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil - plus extra to drizzle
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 c fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp sage, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt - to taste
