Oh my! These turned out so good that the whole family raved about them! Nothing better than shrimp and your choice of vegetables as the greatest side dish on the planet….at least for today! What makes it even better is that as the chef you just throw these on the top of the grill and can make it as the same time as your main dish! Two for one!

1 lb large shrimp
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
8 ounces sweet peppers
1 large onion cut into slices

Roast Beef Sliders

I'm a total slider fan, and these mini sandwiches, filled with sliced roast beef, Gouda cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions and a drizzle of mustard are simply irresistible! They disappeared in a hurry at our family's dinner!

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls ( split open )
1/2 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
1 medium onion ( sliced and then roughly chopped into quarters )
4 oz. fresh mushrooms ( chopped )
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
12 small slices Gouda cheese
Heinz Yellow Mustard

6 Tbsp. butter ( 3/4 square )
