The best chewy Blueberry Granola Bars drizzled with a Greek Yogurt Glaze - secretly healthy with chia seeds, flaxseed, and coconut oil.
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 3/4 cups crispy brown rice cereal
3 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 cup blueberries
Greek Yogurt Glaze:
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil ( melted and slightly cooled )
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 3/4 cups crispy brown rice cereal
3 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 cup blueberries
Greek Yogurt Glaze:
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil ( melted and slightly cooled )
