9 oz Provolone cheese
1 cup sour cream
8 oz canned diced green chilies
2 oz red bell pepper
3 oz whole corn kernels
2 oz cherry tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
