Brocolli and Tomato Orzo

This dish is a classic Italian-style dish. If you always lean towards rice as a starch at dinner, try this. This classic combination of garlic, olive oil and tomatoes is always tasty.

1 pound Orzo
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
(1/2 cup) extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
6 sun dried tomatoes
6 fresh tomatoes
1 quart broccoli florets
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
