Tex Mex Cornbread

Are you looking for a fast and easy meal that will please everybody? Well look no further. This cornbread is warm, filling and has a taco kick of flavor they will love. Make up a batch and see smiles come to their faces.

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix.
1 can cream-style corn
12 oz. sour cream
½ C. vegetable oil
3 eggs ( slightly beaten )
4 ( 5 green onions, chopped )
1 pkg. pepper jack cheese slices (8 oz.)

Few things are better outside than breakfast. My neighbor Cindy recently posted a link to something that is easy to prepare and – Oh My – so very good (I made minor modifications). These bowls are simple to throw together and everyone can customize their own. So become a outdoor short-order chef and individualize these tasty little bowls for your family. The hard roll gets flakey,crispy texture – almost like a Croissant! The only thing holding you back is your imagination.

12 oz. Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water
4 oz. cream cheese ( softened )
3/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Pinch of Salt ( or to taste )
3 Tbsp. Salsa Verde
2 tsp. fresh lime juice

Spicy, cheesy, and totally delicious, this easy Slow Cooker Queso Blanco is what you want to be serving at your next party!

8 oz cream cheese ( cut into cubes )
8 oz pepper jack cheese ( grated )
4 oz diced green chiles ( do not drain )
2 tbsp dice pimientos ( drained )
¼ cup evaporated milk ( plus more as needed )
pickled jalapeno slices ( optional )
Add all of the ingredients to a small 2 qt slow cooker. Stir gently. Heat on low for 2 - 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Add additional milk as necessary for your desired consistency.
