Steak Tacos are the perfect dinner recipe this summer! Juicy, delicious Flank Steak that is marinated in a simple lime marinade and then grilled to perfection. Slice it in thin strips across the grain and then pile it into a tortilla and top it with Queso Fresco cheese, chopped cilantro, red onion and tomatoes! Bite into this juicy taco and you will love it!

1 lb flank steak
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 limes
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
