Steak Tacos with Flank Steak

Steak Tacos are the perfect dinner recipe this summer! Juicy, delicious Flank Steak that is marinated in a simple lime marinade and then grilled to perfection. 2 cloves garlic
2 limes

Creamy Coconut and Crab Soup

2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
1 thumb-sized ginger
1 lemongrass stalk
1 lb crabs
1/2 lb medium-sized shrimps
1 cup coconut milk

Sweet Chicken & Apple Stew

Chicken and Apples are indeed an uncommon combination, however, the pairing creates a cohesive flavor that can fill your hunger pangs. You can also add some spices such as nutmeg and a touch of cinnamon to spice up this dish even more. Adding a teaspoon of lemon juice creates a zing and adds freshness too. Raw Carrot Bliss Balls

1 cup grated carrots
1 cup fresh shredded coconut
6 dates soaked in water for half hour ( about 70g )
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds ( pounded )
1/2 cup desiccated coconut ( optional )
2 -3 people (makes about 12 balls)

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process briefly until well mixed, for one minute or so.

Roll carrot mixture into balls. Optionally roll balls in desiccated coconut.
