This is a quick and easy recipe you can make when you're short on time and guests are on

You can tweak these Oatmeal Almond cookies by adding some ground cinnamon. A pinch of ground nutmeg would also be great in this recipe. Adding three tablespoons of almond milk will make them chewier.
