Vegetarian Jambalaya

Loaded with hearty fillers like beans, rice and veggies, this meatless jambalaya will leave everyone at the dinner table feeling satisfied and happy!

1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 medium green pepper ( chopped )
1 medium red pepper ( chopped )
1 medium onion ( chopped )
2 celery ribs ( chopped )
4 garlic cloves ( minced )
2 cups water
1 can ( 14 1/2 fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained )
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans ( rinsed and drained )
1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans ( rinsed and drained )
