Potato & Broccoli Gratin

Who doesn't love potatoes and cheese. Your family and friends will delight over this little casserole. It's one of those dishes that if placed on the table steaming, will generate oooh and aaahs.

You can sprinkle crispy bits of bacon to add another depth of umami flavor and texture to the dish. And you can add fresh herbs such as basil, oregano and rosemary to add some aroma and flavor.

1/4 cup butter
1 oz white onion
4 cloves Garlic
5 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups almond milk

Stuffed Meatloaf

This is a great way to jazz-up your meatloaf. With green olives, mushrooms and cheese it really has a great flavor. Make it a part of your next outdoor adventure.

2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 Eggs
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
10 Ritz Crackers ( crushed )
¼ Cup V8 Juice
½ Cup Mushrooms ( sliced )
½ Cup Green Olives ( sliced )
1 Cup Swiss Cheese ( cubed )
1½ Cups Cheddar Cheese ( cubed )
¼ Cup Catsup
