Lemony Grilled Shrimp Salad

Grilled shrimp is a great way to get a shrimp recipe to the next level. We punch it up even more with a vegetable salad. This is also a perfect appetizer recipe if you are planning to taste the wonderful flavors of European cuisine. Grilling shrimp is very easy. You just need to remember that once the shrimp turns pinkish then, it is ready to be flipped and grilled on the other side. Overcooking the shrimp will result in a rubbery texture that won’t be appetizing to eat.

16 oz large shrimp
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
5 oz romaine lettuce
2 oz red onions
1/4 cup pitted olives
2 oz red bell pepper
1/4 cup basil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil

Looking for a tasty, yet zesty shrimp recipe? This shrimp salad recipe is a light, protein-packed dish that you can serve as a side dish or the main entree on a weeknight. It’s deliciously saucy, perfectly rich, and amazingly flavorful! You don’t need many ingredients to get the best flavors out of the shrimp. Once the shrimp are added to the pan, the tip is to cook them just long enough that they turn pink all over, but not until their bodies curl into rounds and get rubbery. This indicates overcooking.
