Alphabet soup is a childhood favorite! Parents love this healthy tasty (sopa de letras) vegetable soup. Like tomato basil soup, it's an easy recipe. Kids love ABC soup because the alphabet pasta makes mealtime more fun!

Alphabet Soup Ingredients:

A soul-soothing bowl of delicious homemade vegetable soup, perfect for a luncheon-style family meal. This is the best soup recipe with a tasty pork stock that is worth a try. Soup and bread are the most classic flavor pairings.

3 lbs bone-in pork shank
1 yellow onion
3 celeriac stalks with leaves

A hearty and healthy soup that is perfect for the winter season. You can add additional vegetables such as broccoli, lemongrass, bokchoy, and green beans if you like.

This is a healthy dinner option since it uses a lean cut of chicken. It is packed with protein. If you want to make this recipe vegan-friendly, you can substitute the chicken breast for tofu.

1 thumb-sized ginger
1 fresh chili
1/4 cup Enoki Mushroom
1/4 pound Chicken Breast
1/3 cup Rice Noodles
(1 tbsp) Soy Sauce
