Tandoori Inspired Crockpot Pulled Chicken

If you are tired of your regular pulled chicken flavours, dish up a spicy, Indian alternative instead! Delicious!

1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fresh coriander (you could use dried)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon garam masala
2-3 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (finely chopped)
2 small onions (finely chopped)
800g chicken breasts (chopped into large pieces)
1 tomato (chopped)Around 1 cup of water
50ml cream, yoghurt, coconut milk or crème fraiche
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
