tangy slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches

Being a {mostly} Southern girl, I love pulled pork. There is just something about smoky, saucy meat that makes my little heart go pitter patter ... well, that and my hubby ;) So when I saw a recipe in our Sunday coupon flyer for pulled pork sandwiches in the crock pot AND we had all the ingredients on hand, I knew I had found the perfect Sunday dinner! This {taste this} recipe is a new family favorite, so let's get right to it and make tangy slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches!

2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 medium white onion (we sliced ours on a mandoline so we could easily remove them for the Little Bug, but you can also dice it)
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 1/2 pound pork roast
In your slow cooker or crock pot, mix together the above ingredients. Once combined, add a 3 - 3 1/2 lb. pork roast and turn to cover in all that saucy goodness. Allow to cook for 8 - 10 hours on the low...
