Tasty Banana Bars
A delicious breakfast or dessert when you're in the mood for something other than banana bread! Serves a crowd and easy to throw together.

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional, pecans are very good)
Frosting
1 (2 lb.) bag or 4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cube butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional, pecans are very good)
Frosting
1 (2 lb.) bag or 4 c. powdered sugar

1/2 cube butter
In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, sour cream & butter or margarine. Add mashed bananas, salt, vanilla, flour, baking soda & chopped nuts. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes....
