3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (often used for spaghetti or pizza, not to be confused with freshly grated Parmesan)
1 egg, scrambled
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
